【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletosprayboothsforsprayapplicationoforganiccoatingpowder,calledinthisEuropeanStandard“powderspraybooths”,i.e.machineryandrelatedequipmentforautomatedand/ormanualpowdercoatingapplicationprocesses.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverspowdersprayboothsconsistingofthefollowingequipment:-forcedventilationsystem;-airfilteringandcoatingpowderrecoverysystem;-coatingpowderrecyclingsystem;-deliveryandcirculatingsystemsforcoatingpowder(forinstancehopperortank,preparationandtransfernewpowderfeeding);-airconditioningsystem;-automaticcleaningsystem;-monitoringand/orcontrolsystems;-firedetectionandinterlockingsystem;-explosionprotectionsystem;-mechanicalaspectsofproducthandlingsystemsandreciprocatorsinsidethepowderspraybooth;-electricalequipment;-powereddoorsandgatesjoinedtogetherwithinoratapartiallyortotallyenclosedstructure(limitedbywalls,calledspace)forthecontrolledprocessingofsprayapplicationoforganiccoatingpowder.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopowdersprayboothswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).NOTEPowdersprayboothsareclassifiedinAnnex!C".Inaddition,itdefines:-thecontentofmarking;-theminimumrequirementsforuse.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:a)powdersprayboothsinwhichthecoatingisappliedbyimmersioninafluidisedbed;b)powdersprayboothsforapplicationofnoncombustibleandinorganiccoatingpowderandflock;c)sprayingequipmentascoveredbyEN1953,EN50050,EN50177;d)machineryforthesupplyorcirculationofcoatingmaterialunderpressureascoveredbyprEN12621;e)allloadingandunloadingsystems;f)automaticsystems,e.g.robotsascoveredbyEN775andcontrolsystemsofpowdersprayboothsinfluencingthesesystems(e.g.teachingofthesprayingprocess);g)powdersprayboothsforapplicationofcoatingpowderforfood-stuffsandpharmaceuticals;h)sprayingareascharacterizedbyanopenspaceforapplicationoforganicpowdercoatingmaterialwhichislimitedonlybyonesidewallusedforextractionofexhaustventilation;i)limitingwallsofpowdersprayboothsiftheyareconstituentpartsofabuilding.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletopowdersprayboothswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
