【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforcelluloseacetatethermoplasticcompoundsplasticizedwitheitherdiethylphthalateordimethylphthalateandaresuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Thesecompoundshaveanacetylcontentbetween39and40%.Itdoesnotincludematerialscompoundedforspecialapplication.Cellulosicplasticmaterials,beingthermoplastic,arereprocessableandrecyclable.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosecellulosicmaterials,providedthatallspecificrequirementsofthisspecificationaremet.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesasgiveninSection5.1.3Thisclassificationsystemandsubsequentlinecallout(specification)areintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandperformancerequiredofthepart,environmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,fabricationprocesstobeemployed,costsinvolved,andinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisclassificationsystem.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThereisnoequivalentorsimilarISOstandard.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,installation,operahonandmaintenanceofbatchproductionfixedortiltinghorizontalbowltypemixerswithoneortworotatingshaftswithorwithoutmovableblades.Thesemixersareusedtomix,kneadandhomogenisefoodlotanimalorhumanconsumphoninpowder,pasteorliquidform.Themixerscanbefloormountedortransportable(withorwithoutcastors).Theyareintendedtobeusedwhenstationary.Thesemachinesareusedinfeedmillsandfactorieswhichproduce,workonorprocessfoodstuff,forexamplebiscuits,bread,chocolate,cerealproducts.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeuseofthemachineinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomixerswithhorizontalshafts,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesfoodhygienerequirements.Thefeedingequipment,thedosingequipment,andtherequirementsofequipmentforthesupplyofinertgases,andforheatingandcooling,areexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Thehazardsduetotheunloadingequipment(container,dischargebelt,etc.)arenotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithawaterjet.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomixerswithhorizontalshaftswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
