【摘要】:ThispartofISO12176specifiesthemainperformancerequirementsforelectrofusioncontrolunitsforusewithPEelectrofusionfittings,conformingtoISO8085-3,forgasdistributionsystems.Thecontrolunitsaredividedintotwoinputvoltageclasses:SVLV[safety,verylowvoltage(0Vto50V)]andLV[lowvoltage(50Vto240V)].ThispartofISO12176isapplicabletoelectrofusioncontrolunitsdesignedforuseintheconstructionofjointsbetweenpolyethylene(PE)pipesandfittingsconformingtoISOstandardsforgasdistributionsystems,wherethenormaloperatingtemperatureofthecontrolunitisintherangeof-10℃to+40℃.Iftemperaturesoutsidethisrangeareexpected,suitableoperatinglimitswillhavetobeagreedbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.ThispartofISO12176isapplicabletocontrolunitswithcurrentorvoltagecontrolforfittingsystemsbasedonstandardresistancewireheatingtechnology.
