【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthemeasurementoftheacidityofaromaticisocyanatesandprepolymersusedaspolyurethanerawmaterials.MethodAisastraightforwardtitrationwithoutablankandisprimarilyapplicabletoproductsderivedfromcrudeormodifiedmethylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanatesandtoluenediisocyanatehavingmoderatetohigh(>100μg/g)levelsofacidity.MethodBisapplicabletorefined,crudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfrommethylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanateandtoluenediisocyanatehavinglow(<100μg/g)levelsofacidity,andablankisemployed.Thesemethodscanalsobeusedforisomericmixturesoftoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate)andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Otheraromaticisocyanatesmaybeanalysedbythismethodifprecautionsaretakentoverifysuitability.
