【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesthecharacteristicsofvalvesmadefrompolyethylene(PE)forpipingsystemsinthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.NOTEValvesmadefromothermaterialthanpolyethylenedesignedforthesupplyofgaseousfuelsconformingtotherelevantstandardsarepermittedtobeusedinPEpipingsystemaccordingtoEN1555providedtheyhaverelevantPEconnectionforbuttfusionorelectrofusionends(seeEN1555-3).Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofEN1555,itisapplicabletoPEvalves,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPEandothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar;b)anoperatingtemperatureof20℃asreferencetemperature;NOTE1Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused,seeEN1555-5.c)anoperatingtemperaturebetween-20℃and+40℃.EN1555coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Itisapplicabletobi-directionalvalveswithspigotendorelectrofusionsocketintendedtobefusedwithPEpipesconformingtoEN1555-2withoutanyfittingsorwithPEfittingsconformingtoEN1555-3.ThispartofEN1555coversvalveswithanominalsizeDN/OD≤225.note:1)1bar=0.1MPa
