【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefunctionalrequirementsforbridgeconfiguration,bridgearrangement,bridgeworkstationsandbridgeenvironment.Guidelineshavebeendrawnupforthemethodsandsolutionstomeetthefunctionalrequirements.TherequirementsinthisInternationalStandardapplytoallbridgefunctions.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoassisttheoperator(s)andpilotbyprovidingaworkplacethatisconductivetosafeandeffectiveoperation.Italsoaimstospecifybridgerequirements,whichwillsecuresafeandefficientoperationoftheshipberth-to-berthregardlessofthewatchkeepingarrangementinplaceataparticulartime.ThisInternationalStandardshouldbeusedinsupportoftheaimsinSOLASChapterVRegulation15.Requirementsandguidanceonthehumanelementaspectsofthebridgesystem(e.g.training,procedures)arenotgiven.However,forsafeandeffectivewatchkeeping,theseaspectswillneedtobeaddressed.ThemainuseofthisInternationalStandardwillbefordesigningships'bridges.ThisInternationalStandardwillalsobeusefulto-specifiersandprocurersofshipsandbridgeequipment,-operators,and-ownersforensuringthatchangesmadetothebridgethroughthelifeofashipcontinuetoconformtotheserequirements.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoseagoingships.WheretherearephysicallimitationsinapplyingthisInternationalStandard,i.e.tosmallshipsortoshipsofunusualdesign,thegeneralfunctionalrequirementsstillapply.AnnexAofthisInternationalStandardappliestohighspeedcraft.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotsupersedeperformancestandardsforbridgeequipment.UsersofthisInternationalStandardshouldnotethatwhileattemptingtoimplementitsrequirements,theyshouldensurecompliancewithsuchstatutoryrequirements,rulesandregulationsasmaybeapplicabletotheindividualshipconcerned.Designersshouldconsiderfuturechangesinthepurposeoftheship,andavailabilityofnewequipments,intheirbridgedesigns.
